If it helps at all when my wife (Works cleric for my work things) she uses Acronyms/Initialism for Invoices.
So if someone orders an Knee Up in the invoice it would be K.U.#001
That way you know what it is and it doesn't trigger anything. Same with any other sale pieces with different titles.
