currently writing the most delicious scenes of "characters screw themselves over by making bargains that work on What-you-said-not-what-you-Wanted rules" but the story is 1st person so almost none of this will appear directly and it hurrrts~ these idiots are dooming themselves off screen!

These posts from @peterwartman.com really helped me get it up and running on my system! still has a few quirks (cant access cloud backup so i have to manually move all my tools, can be pulled to be full screen but cant be -set- to full screen for some reason) but otherwise works beautifully

A few last minute edits, and my little 32x32px Doom sprite collection is complete. ✌️

Been struggling for years to get this comic off the ground with tons of new versions and stories and settings but none of them felt right. Peeling all the Big Ideas and Worldbuilding BS away, I realized it's a story about these two dorks being in love and I need to build everything up around that~

Funny thing is, I knew this back in 2017, the last time I had a solid idea for the comic and got a lot drawn. Didn't put it into words but I drew these goobers being cute together a ton. I dont want to tell that version of the story anymore, but I need to bring that energy back~

Though i suppose its not even really a social media thing, since theres been times where I think I'm just sitting there analyzing something and having a good time and then I'm being yelled at by friends that I'm being a dick. Social media just exposes my dumb brain to more chances to be curious

I agree with this, but man it sucks being someone who loves to pick things apart and figure out why they do or dont work and for different people. Like i want to learn why and connect with people but it's genuinely fair that others dont want to and also dont care to parse it from general hater bs

This is an important thing to understand about how social media works.

These two things will always both be true:

1) you are allowed to like or dislike whatever you want, and your opinion is valid

2) when someone is talking positively about a thing you don't like, you can say nothing!
