How does one maintain relationships with family who support this?? Anger doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling this morning. I have parents who cheer this on while my son is worried he'll be sent to die in a jungle somewhere. 1/3

This actually fits with my goals this year! After a year of fighting some health stuff that limited what I could do sometimes (though thanks to friends I still had some awesome times outdoors this year), I want to hike more, photograph more, and paint more.

I'm not trans, but if you were a Mormon teenager at any point before maybe 2015 (and sometimes after) you can likely relate to the terror of being suddenly asked these very same questions by a person of authority in a closed door one-on-one setting.

Owning property beyond a single residence or business should be restricted, especially a second home in a prime location that'll sit empty for most the year. Acres of private land "just because" should just be public land.

Did a little 4 mile loop hike at the base of the mountains here last week. I took my macro lens hoping to find some interesting things to shoot along the way. There's a little pond after the initial climb but I was immediately turned away after getting way too close to a big moose.

Had the doodle itch last night after work so I fired up Rebelle 7 and played with customizing some brushes before trying them out. I accidentally painted on the same layer as the ink and they ran together but I ended up really liking the look.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it, so I recorded the official White House site myself. This man is a historic disgrace to everything we pretend to hold dear.

Fleetwood Mac has been my favorite band since forever, and this album being released seemingly out of the blue (I had heard of it but never could listen to it) was definitely a highlight of September.
