My first day blue sky gazing!
Adding my favourite pic of Blue Boronia (Cyanothamnus coerulescens subsp. coerulescens) from a beautiful patch of bush near Lucindale, South Australia. Coerulescens comes from a Latin word caeruleus meaning "sky blue". The flowers can also be pink, as in this specimen!

While the flowers of Fringe Lilies (Thysanotus sp.) are usually a beautiful deep purple colour, occasionally you can spot a Fringe Lily with flowers in other stunning colours 💜🤍🩶🩷

While the flowers of Fringe Lilies (Thysanotus sp.) are usually a beautiful deep purple colour, occasionally you can spot a Fringe Lily with flowers in other stunning colours 💜🤍🩶🩷
