I think it’s monstrous to target civilians indiscriminately, regardless of what you used to kill them.
The weapon choice here just clearly demonstrates the lack of concern for civilian casualties.

My interpretation, the price is where most investors are just below the price they paid for it. If they sold now they’d be close to breaking even.
