Some mind-blowingly kind reviews for my latest book NOTORIOUS.

I don't know who you all are, but genuine, heartfelt thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Brave! Good stuff

Maybe they'll hear us in the next village if we shout loud enough

Nigel Farage reported to police by a former member of his campaign team over claims of falsified election expenses...

After this weekend's racist attacks on the EU, I've written a column about the moral obligation to stop posting on X.

Oh no, wait, I wrote it *two years ago* when it was blatantly obvious what was going on and how it would get much much worse.

www.bloomberg.com/opinion/arti...

I don't care about Farage supporters any more than I cared about BNP supporters. I care about the other people who might feel able and legitimised to vote for him

I'm old enough to remember when Gordon Brown was forced to apologise to a woman for calling her a bigot.

The very least we should expect is that Nigel Farage apologises for being one.

This story more than any other disgusts me.

Yinka was a little 9 year old boy

Farage was a swaggering bully aged 17

We all knew those bullies at school and in this case teenager Farage was a racist bully too
Yinka Bankole was 12 when Farage spotted him in the playground:

“He towered over me. ‘Where are you from?’ he asked. Within seconds of offering my rather confused and sputtering answers, he had a clear response: ‘That’s the way back to Africa,’.”

Endless bloody wars rarely end well for the people who start them. Putin will have his comeuppance I have no doubt. It's just at what cost that's all

The exact people now saying "Nigel Farage was young and foolish at school" (to excuse his racism, bullying and harassment of fellow pupils at Dulwich College) are the same people who said "Shamima Begum was old enough to know what she was doing".

Oh most definitely. Corbyn has never really been on a journey either has he.

Doesn't seem to have any proper loyal friends either. Same thing with Trump, Musk and Johnson.

Crick's biography is very good and very thorough but what's really striking is that the central character - Farage - is fundamentally boring.

Not sure I'd want to write the life story of Farage because there's no journey. He doesn't change or learn and he has no interests apart from the wars

Interesting what Crick notes.

Farage like Mogg and Johnson are really just grown up versions of their teenage selves. Lots of public school boys leave fully formed - and armed with an entitlement and a sense of empowerment that takes them through the rest of their lives.
On why Farage doesn’t apologise for his schoolboy racism:
“if he apologised, he would be turning to his own support base and saying, ‘You’re all guilty too.’ ”
Exactly.
He is racist. So are his voters. He can’t be pissing them off by saying sorry.

Such a superb song. Every great thing about his best work in one place.

It's easy to do that's the point!

Golden rule - if its too good to be true ... look again

Russia cannot be beaten.

"But Putin can. He’s losing, not winning. And sooner or later, like the tsars and totalitarians of old, that same eternal Russia whose name he glorifies will chew him up and spit him out."

Outstanding piece on Putin's deluded gambit.

A good first tell is the eerily still/smooth camera movement that perfectly follows the action. The subject and action always centre frame. Likewise, the people just don’t move in a human way. At the end of the video the cop walks into something without reacting, it’s not human.

Lots of these fake "hero stands up to ICE" videos doing the rounds

ALL of them are AI.

Look at the letters in the background.
