I gave this example as to why I would not submit my sample for evaluation when the company was founded. Bummed for them that it came to this, but data being assets that are transferable in bankruptcy (or even just acquisitions) is a real issue... www.linkedin.com/news/story/2...

Judge Kollar-Kotelly grilled counsel for the government on DOGE's command structure.
Counsel repeatedly said he didn't know the answer to her questions.
The judge said the questions are relevant bc she has concerns about whether DOGE is operating constitutionally under the Appointments Clause.
