We all deserve to choose if and when we get pregnant.

This means everybody having access to the full range of contraceptive options, as well as safe abortion.

I worked tooth and nail on my research proposal, went through the stages with my supervisor and he approved my topic just for him to tell me I’m being too ambitious with my first draft and the topic HE APPROVED in April. Now I have to work on an elementary one.

I loved EVERYTHING about Kendrick Lamar’s performance. The imagery, Uncle Sam, mocking that orange man, the beige turd and especially Serena crip walking.

The last outreach we did, we did GBV kits and included some condoms and lube which we got from USAID. They’ve always been part and parcel of our SRHR initiatives. But I guess we’ll have to find another way. 🤞🏾

Living with endometriosis is such a head trip, because I live with pain everyday of my life and it’s invisible to others when it becomes unbearable (visible) it’s easy for others to invalidate that pain.
