I spend time in the inbox, and every time I do I am struck by the bravery of people around this country who hear the stories they have of violence and who think, "I'm not taking this" instead of hiding in fear.

capitalism. secularism. scientific progress. industrialization. she saw all these things as intertwined, and she was deeply worried that human beings simply weren’t capable, psychologically, of accepting how they all congealed to promote and reiterate basic refrain: the human subject was a fiction.

To remind you, as you have already pointed out by citing SCOTUS, 1A already permits Harvard to do this.

Ok, should Harvard allow display of Nazi symbology/ideas by student neo-Nazis, for the purpose of, as you say, holding itself to more speech-protective rules?

That's not the comparison you made in your first post. You said private universities should follow govt's 1A.

Since you continue to play shell games with abstractions,. let's try this: should Harvard be allowed to restrict Nazi symbology displays by students?

Your first post on this thread, in which you seem to misunderstand the article in the OP, which is about how free speech is different for govt (eg 1A) and universities. In that 1st post, you say private universities should try to follow 1A

Sure, in abstract.

Let's get specific.

Is a Florida public university banning the use of the word Black on flyers about Black History Month more or less free speech?

Here's another Texas example
