Thank God the Bears won today! All of the dumb "streaks" are finally over! The season-long, the games against Green Bay, the road games on Sunday, all those streaks are OVER!

This may be unpopular, but I'm glad that Belichick isn't coming to Chicago. I wish the Bears would have talked to him and picked his brain, but glad the Bears didn't hire him. You can't separate Bill the HC from Bill the GM.

The Bears ruled S Elijah Hicks and OL Ryan Bates out for Thursday. Jonathan Owens will get the nod again at safety. Last year on Thanksgiving in Detroit, Owens returned a fumble for a touchdown as a member of the Packers, so it's probably good to have him out there.

The Blackhawks have traded forward prospect Ryder Rolston to the Predators for future considerations. Rolston, 23, has one goal in six games for the IceHogs this season. He had 10 goals and nine assists in 62 games in Rockford last season.
