LAWSUIT UPDATE RE: NATIONAL GUARD IN PORTLAND: The Ninth Circuit just granted an administrative stay preserving the status quo: the Oregon National Guard remains federalized but the president cannot deploy them.

I'll just say it, twice now Taylor Swift and Hayley Williams have dropped new albums (not P'More, Williams) close(ish) to each other and both times, frankly, the Hayley Williams stuff is just so much better. Raw, honest, sincere, and funny when it means to be.
