ADUs can be a challenge on many levels.

Momo homes offers an elegant, affordable and fast solution.

They include a site specific site plan, and offer a solar option (San Diego and CA I'm looking at you) and their steel roofs are fire resistant.

Imaging having your ADU in 4-6 months.

It’s happening everywhere and we hear about only a fraction of these stories.

It’s happening in tribal areas to Native Americans. I spoke with Ho-Chunk Nation people last week who have been picked up in rural Wisconsin.

Why? As one man put it: “because I’m brown.”

ADUs can add cash flow and equity to your property.
Some zones even allow two ADUs per lot!
Don’t forget you can always build up and creat a two story ADU if your lot footprint is constrained.

Hear me out: create a company and raise funds so in the event the parks are put up for sale, said company can purchase and keep the current use going. @altnps.bsky.social know anyone who’d be interested in such an endeavor?
