The old soldier had a distant look in his tired eyes. His thoughts were on dead bodies in a trench, as bullets zipped past him.
"We barely won that war," he said. "And it cost us our very souls."

Warner Bros has existed for over a century, but I have serious doubts they can survive an owner that sees zero value in the theatrical experience. I’m glad MAGA Paramount didn’t get them, but this sucks for other reasons. I never thought moviegoing would die in my lifetime, but it just might now.

I'm watching a little boy show and tell his dad about the Naruto episode he is looking at with excitement on his face and in his voice. I remember when I was there at one point.
