The 'success case' cited is also dubious:

Cybersecurity firm Mimecast named a VP of AI who brought in consultants to shove AI down every employee's throat.

The VP says it's going great - adoption is up. But what about business results? None cited.

Technologies are tools. They are supposed to serve the human users.

We should be highly skeptical of any claims that the users must adapt themselves to their tools' affordances, rather than the other way around!
