I've said it before and I'll say it again, ice doesn't give a s*** about what's legal and what's not. You can tell them over and over and over by court order not to use chemical warfare on little citizens and they're still going to do it anyway

Bay did a poor job of making Soundwave properly scary. His satellite mode was pretty cool but then he went and gave him a stupidly adorable KITTY BUG FACE. My dude. Soundwave is supposed to be SCARY. Like...you don't want to encounter him. not "I want to hug him and pinch his cheeks" adorable.
