There it is...Trump calls for the arrest of the mayor of Chicago and Governor Pritzker.

So, for all the incrementalists in denial...are we there yet? 🤔
- Did we cross the line into authoritarianism yet?
- Is it fascism yet?
- Is he "joking"?

He & Stephen Miller want civil war.

Chicago Mayor should be in jail for failing to protect Ice Officers! Governor Pritzker also!

Wrote this thread about Greta Thunberg, not so long ago. How she went from liberal meaningless climate activism, to actually understanding that climate change isn't the problem, it's a symptom of the problem. The problem is capitalism, white supremacy, and imperialism.

The conditions in homes for mentally ill adults in New York were often abhorrent when The New York Times investigated the facilities nearly 25 years ago. Now, a class-action lawsuit, spurred by the investigation, came to a close. Cliff Levy reflected on his reporting.
My Reporting Led to a Landmark Lawsuit. The Case Took 22 Years.
A class-action lawsuit, spurred by an investigative series in The Times, came to a close, having helped thousands of mentally ill residents of adult homes.

What I would give for a completely honest, anonymous assessment of this appalling and ludicrous spectacle from the commanders in the room.

For the record.

My posts were not even about Kirk directly, but about America's apathy towards political violence, and the coddling of white male shooters and hate peddlers.

I was fired because I mentioned race: white men and violence-- that was my "gross misconduct."

I can understand the anguish from losing someone you looked up to politically.

What sits wrong with me now is that we see none of that from some of the same people whenever children are murdered in school. Maybe we all agree it should all end

Old Soviet joke for today:

A man walks into a newsstand every day, looks around, and leaves.

After a long time of this, the owner says “Can I help you find something?”

“I’m looking for the obituaries.”

“The obituaries are in the back of the newspaper, comrade.”

“Not the one I’m looking for.”
