My girlfriend indulged me on a snowy #photography walk in Owatonna yesterday. I love being out in the snow and cold, even if there's a lot more of it here in #Minnesota than there was in the DC metro.

Being new to St. Paul, I'm confused on where the hell to park when it snows. My apt tells me I'll have to move out of my space I pay for so they can plow, but they weren't helpful on where to park. Is it as simple as parking Grand Ave after 8am and Lincoln Ave after 5pm!?
