34 years ago, I was a child taking part in a peaceful protest march very much like this one. This is when I first witnessed protesters being shot at, teenagers falling down among the crowd. Reading about this event brought a strong sense of Deja-vu. A tragedy unfolding before our eyes, once again.
New — I spoke to eight people who were present at the ICE protest on Saturday in Portland, Oregon when federal agents deployed tear gas and rubber bullets into a crowd of families, children, elderly and disabled people, and their pets.

If Norway could do it, there is no reason why everyone else can’t do it.
