got my AFO slightly altered and it already hurts so much that I had to rip it out (thank god it was just foam that my orthotist double-sided taped in there and not like we re-molded the AFO)
but also I am running out of things to try and it's making me feel really anxious :(

I know dry needling is supposedly a good treatment for my chronic pain considering I have had benefit from lidocaine injections for my pain, and I understand that we have to feel worse before we fee better, but I’ve been in so much pain I’ve felt like I’m going to throw up for approximately 6 hours

the bradleylaura fandom within The Morning Show fandom was a hellscape (although I would change very little about the time I spent in it, and I do mean that with complete sincerity) but at least we were all gay and could exist in our bubble separate from the straights of the broader TMS fandom
