In the midst of the madness, I learned that I could become an ordained minister for free.
So I did that and I’ve been annoying my husband with “watch your tone when you’re speaking to a member of the clergy” ever since.

The first ultrasound, I saw them as soon as they got the wand in place.
Today, the nurse said it might take a minute to find the heartbeat & bam, heard it as soon as she put the Doppler on me.
She said the baby knew I didn’t need more stress 😂

My favorite thing to do is tell my conservative family that my baby is currently a they/them because they don’t have genitalia yet 😂

Why don’t people have more kids? It’s expensive even before we have them. This is the bill, after insurance, for our first ultrasound (just 1). And some people need more than 2 during their pregnancy.

Telling our parents and siblings that I’m pregnant has been so much fun. All the shock and surprise has been cracking me up.
