Two of the companies that DOGE staffer Gavin Kliger is invested in — Apple and Tesla — are on the CFPB’s list of prohibited holdings.

The other two aren’t on the list but are nevertheless barred under agency guidance.

Dismantling food safety inspections is just malignant, death-cult like behavior.

Unhappy to confirm that the entire Historical Advisory Committee at the State Department received termination notices this afternoon (myself included). The HAC, set up by Congress, oversees the office that produces the FRUS series. history.state.gov/about/hac/in... 1/

Q: “Have you been in touch with El Salvador about returning Abrego Garcia? Has a formal request from this administration been made?”

Rubio: “I would never tell you that. And you know who else I'd never tell? A judge.”

Hi, I'm the guy who used to oversee the federal government's agency IT telecommunications contracts. This is extremely bad. There is absolutely no need for this. Not only is it a huge security exposure, but the simplest explanation for this is that it is meant to be a security exposure.

Despite never getting a SCOTUS appointment, Jimmy Carter left a major imprint on the federal judiciary. He appointed Ginsburg and Breyer to lower court seats and broke down the existing old boys network in order to bring greater diversity to the bench. An important (and often overlooked) legacy.
