Even if the shooting was justified, which it wasn't, the failure to render immediate aid and blocking of a doctor from doing so constitutes 2nd degree manslaughter by the ICE agents at the minimum.
So she had a pulse. That’s what the doctor on the scene wanted to check. She wasn’t breathing, but she had a pulse. He could have started CPR right away.
Instead ICE barred the doctor from attending her and waited 15 mins for EMT to get to her.

This is genuinely psychotic.
One of the stories that makes me the saddest out of this ICE invasion is one out of the Minnesota Star Tribune today about ICE agents eating at a little Mexican restaurant in the small town of Willmar, Minn, —and then, when they were done, arresting some of the workers.

Seeing what's happening now with ICE in Minnesota, I am putting my foot down and making it known with my mom that I feel ignored and insulted by them continually ignoring the severity of Trump's rhetoric and the actions of DOGE and ICE.

I am actually pretty serious here, there's something deep and psychological that happens when you hear people you respect suggest you might be doing something which could hurt you and if there's one thing the right understands it's when that button is getting pressed and how to press it harder.
