This follows our review of posa dosing in kids showing poor attainment of prophylaxis target with oral suspension (≥0.7mg/l, 12-78%) despite high doses of 14–23mg/kg/d (max 1.2g/d). DRT achieved levels ≥0.7µg/mL in 58-94% with doses of 4–12 mg/kg/d (max 300 mg/d) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38637310/
