I think there's a big space between "coalition member" and "enemy."
even so, there are a lot of answers to get to before considering building with her. does she even want to be in a coalition with Dems? does she regret her vote? is she anti-Republican now or just anti-Trump?

Wild to me that the dominant reaction on here seems to be that this is bad journalism because it treats a Trump voter as a human. I'm not a strategist but if you belong to a party that wants to win elections, shouldn't you regard folks like this as part of your next coalition instead of the enemy?
People’s reactions to these stories tend to be of the leopards-eating-faces variety but this is a great piece of reporting in part about how voters very disconnected from politics make their choices.
