Shouldn’t she being asking if he is a criminal. Isn’t that who F47 said he was targeting criminals, drug traffickers rapists.

Being present in the U.S. without proper documentation is a civil violation, not a criminal offense. Does the DHS Secretary not know this or obviously just doesn’t care!

It's a temporary solution to what will become an intractable problem if it doesn't pass. We cannot let Trump and the GOP steal unrestrained power. It's bad enough that SCOTUS refuses to rein him in - if he is able to commandeer Congress, democracy is over for US.
