people keep tagging me in fuck around and find out content like I haven’t been talking about how pandemics lead to fascism since 2020.

The “find out” portion isn’t just for everyone who doesn’t consider themself a liberal—it’s for them too.

Haven’t masked in 4 years? FAAFO.

The difficult part is how disability and chronic illness are used as justification for Ai. The community wants and needs it for medical applications, accessibility and early detection.

We don’t want generative Ai. Disabled people need imagination to survive, why would we need it to create?
Flyers and posters at the radiologist’s office (standard checkup) about how they use AI to detect cancer and the (justified) public hysteria around it has me having to remind myself this is the GOOD kind of AI that actually saves lives and is an enormous step forward in medicine and not evil

They're gonna drag people out of churches and "conservative Christians" will cheer. Just like they did when it was happening to slaves.
Minutes ago, the Trump admin revoked the sensitive locations policy that prevented ICE from carrying out enforcement arrests inside churches, hospitals, and schools.

"This is unconstitutional," I scream as the facial recognition equipped robot dogs drag me to my cell.

"This goes against everything America stands for!" I shout, as the algorithmic sentencing machine condemns me to death.

"This is not who we are!" I remind the firing squad of child soldiers

Big reminder to be as precise as possible in what you share, regardless of the story, as we go forward. Without details, the info is useless and adds to the chaotic/fearful information environment that many good folks are trying to reign in and organize.
