Doing the most fulsome version of my skin care routine helped. I look like a greased pig but I feel better
Do you have any practical advice for how to not have a Bad Day after getting very little (let’s say 3-5 hours) of sleep? I occasionally have to stay up late writing, and I want to find ways to make the next day suck less
