i think i handled overall life balance and energy better this year than i did in 2024, despite it being a harder year in some major ways. being Super Busy All The Time is no longer a shock to my system/ my capacity and confidence have grown to compensate

this is not to mention: travel i did, my book club, my pathfinder group, my personal relationships, or my writing, none of which have tangible achievements/ listable items attached this year but are major ongoing presences in my life <3
