i keep forgetting that when normal people ask me about "shows" they mean "netflix shows" and not theater and so i keep jumpscaring people who are trying to make basic small talk by launching into a breakdown of my six-month contract lineup

I understand it as a capitalist product offering but I do think it’s spiritually cowardly to have multiple “spice level” editions of your book available

i’m whitepilled on starting a new career in your 30s. turns out when you pursue something while at your physical and mental peak, when people are more likely to respect you because you look like an adult now and you’re more capable and mature than you were at 22, it’s meaningfully easier to succeed
