It is illogical that a modern society with a middle class who is tethered to the idea that a man died, laid in a cave for three days, went through rigor and then jumped up and flew away will ever be capable of outperforming a modern society with a middle class that is largely agnostic.

Wow.
Large law firms are siding with Trump over their clients and employees. Let me give you one statistic to exemplify this:

DOJ is suing 22 states for access to sensitive voter data.

My firm of 60 lawyers is fighting in all 22.

Not a single big law firm is fighting along side us in any case.

We aren't boycotting the arts; we are refusing to entertain fascists and white nationalists. Cry harder about it while you listen to Kid Rock and try so hard to pretend it isn't basic, boring, uninspired tripe.

Immigrant-hating Stephen Miller talks about Americans being "first to harness the atom." But the first controlled, self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction was conducted by a team led by Italian immigrant Enrico Fermi, who didn't become a U.S. citizen until a year and a half later.

Speaking as someone who just wrote a book on the Manhattan Project, I can assure you that refugee immigrants were the *entire* reason the US mastered the atom first. The most chilling part of writing my book was reading about them fleeing fascism … abroad. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/fleeing-on...

Feel like the guy who tried to bomb Republican and Dem headquarters being an election denier got sort of overlooked
JUST IN: The alleged J6 pipe bomber confessed, said he wanted to “speak up” for those who believed 2020 election was stolen, dislikes both parties and modeled his attack on the Troubles in Ireland.

Says he wasn’t targeting the joint session of Congress

Unlike Trump & Witkoff, most Americans aren’t seeking “amazing business opportunities” for US billionaires in Russia. We just want them to stop indiscriminately bombing civilians & end their barbarian war of aggression with their horde of convicts, rapists & foreign mercenaries.

Great news article about the Tulane University Biodiversity Research Institute's Royal D. Suttkus Fish Collection and our recent accessions of specimens from the DEEPEND Consortium and the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
There are 8 million fish in a World War II bunker outside New Orleans. More arrive soon.
Hidden in a World War II bunker near New Orleans, Tulane stores more than 8 million preserved fish — and the collection is still growing.

I think the general population is unaware that a whole lot of super talented people who serve the public are queer. Yes, even in the military and national guard. Pushing them out isn't just an injustice to them, but a huge loss to the American people.

Again, it is utterly shameful & demonstrates the total failure of all of our political institutions that threatening our closest NATO allies with territorial conquest has not immediately ended this presidency.
Denmark lost more troops per capita in the post 9/11 war on Afghanistan. Saying they “are not a good ally” because they won’t surrender their territories to the US is lunacy. We are betraying our allies to satisfy the whims of a would-be Emperor for whom the US is not enough.
They’re again advocating against Denmark when it comes to Greenland
