Lufia & the Fortress of Doom was first out 32 years ago (1993) for SNES! ⚔️ This quaint RPG showed a lot of heart, and was a fine set-up to an EXCELLENT prequel-sequel after. A cozy story with a fun cast, Lufia has a place in my retro heart.

What's happening with Horses is a full repeat of the Rule Of Rose clusterfuck, which got the game blocked from release in multiple countries, based on (unfounded) rumors that the game contained - quoting Wikiepdia - "children buried alive underground, in-game sadomasochism, and underage eroticism."
i am going completely insane watching gamers make up shit about horses and interrogating every single thing the devs have said for inconsistencies and then deciding well it probably had cp in it. this is the easy mode version of the kinds of censorship that are to come and you're failing like babies

I've seen Utena a couple of times over the years but series finale spoilers, 1 thing I hadn't noticed about this ending before is Anthy having to make the conscious choice when's she's stepping over where the gates have slid open to leave the academy as opposed to just animating her walking casually
