Same, I’ve been to hundreds (if not thousands?) of shows since my 20s and 99% of them have been alone. I didn’t start using hearing protection until I got into my 40s, though. 😬

Literally everyone at the Miku show will be your friend! My sensory-overloaded teen has gone to some concerts using earplugs and hanging near the middle-back of the venue where it’s not so crowded, that might work for you.
