I've said this before but yeah, it is an evergreen day-booster knowing that if someone tells me they love me, they mean it and if someone laughs at my jokes, they mean it. I can say that but the richest man in the world can't and we all know that he would trade every penny for what I got lmao

They're malign and ignorant and unqualified, but also... none of these people are sober. Like, ever. Booze, pills, ketamine, whatever. Pick your poison, and they almost all do. The government is ~90% being run by people who do not spend any of their waking hours fit to operate a motor vehicle.
EXCLUSIVE: One Saturday afternoon in October, my phone lit up with a notification.

I glanced down at the message.

“Anna, Lindsey Halligan here,” it began.

So began my text exchange with the woman who is prosecuting the president's perceived political enemies.

While this isn’t a firearm and my observation is beside the point, it is the unhinged cherry on top of an insane sundae that he had an optic scope on a beefed up paintball gun. The clowns are running the circus.
Another incident of federal agents pointing guns at Chicago area residents.

Political violence disproportionately hurts people with less power, not people with more power. Political violence will disproportionately hurt people of color and women and LGBTQ people. It’s not fair, but that’s the way it works. Celebrating political violence means at best indifference to that.
Political violence is bad. It usually begets more political violence.

Celebrating political violence is bad. It usually encourages more political violence, against various targets.

Campus shootings are bad. They make everyone on campus less safe.

It's bad that what I wrote here is controversial.

MAGA has always been smoke averse. Pritzker stood up and made clear that all the administration would get in Illinois is problems.
Trump: "We're making a determination now -- do we go to Chicago, or do we go to a place like New Orleans where we have a great governor who wants us to come in and straighten out a very nice section of this country that's become quite tough, quite bad?"

- Penning a eulogy for your uncle who just died of "confumption"

I want to take two seconds to explain that, yes, we do have a Spending Clause. And to claim otherwise is absurd provocation that confuses a separate debate about constitutional limitations on federal spending.

(I cannot believe I'm doing this but here we go.)

"The men appear to have barricaded the entrance to the bank, spray painted the security cameras, and ordered the employees to lie on the floor. We're watching now to see if they do anything wrong."
I'm sorry, but "they took over the whole federal payments system, fired the career staff, and won't let anybody see what they're doing" is not a situation in which you wait for more information. It's a situation in which you assume the worst. There's no explanation for it other than rampant crimes.
