I used to raid the discount bins at a uni bookstore—the books ordered for lit classes but not all claimed. That store dntn is now a vacant shell. Reg bookstores carry a ltd selection of the usual suspects. I miss the happy hauls of Ca authors new to me.

AI is absolute garbage, the only people this helps is the rich, AI will cause consumer products, electricity and water prices to skyrocket. Data centres are hurting communities & consumers.
