The other shoe dropped: Fed attorneys got a grand jury to indict WI Judge Hannah Duggan for obstructing a U.S. agency and concealing an individual to prevent an arrest. (She didn’t.) The two charges carry a (unlikely) maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $350,000 fine.
