Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.

Oregon (Kennedy): I think it would be appropriate for the court to issue separate 2nd TRO and incorporate by reference reasoning of initial TRO. Now we'd need to broaden: apply to deploying federalized members of NG of *any* state into Oregon.

Another good point raised here by Alex. The streamers who are selectively pushing a narrative on behalf of the federal government and pretending to be "journalists" should be of concern to anyone who cares about accurate and truthful information.

Two things felt different to the ppl I spoke with who’d been protesting at the ICE building for months.

1st was the sheer volume of tear gas, pepper balls and flash-bangs used, seemingly unprovoked.

2nd was seeing so many videographers/live-streamers embedded with the feds as they marched out.
