Sometimes I can barely contain it and I have to rush to the bathroom. I feel the gurgles. Then I HEAR the gurgles, and that's when I know it's do or die time. I had Mexican food two days in a row over the weekend and just as spicy food can flush out your sinuses, I did a lot of flushing of my own.

I've been eating a lot more fiber lately, and it shows by how often I'm taking wildly massive shits. I'm shitting, like, three times a day. Huge bowel movements. Occasionally breaching containment and poking out of the water. I'm grateful for my bidet.
