Autism, while listed in the DSM as a disorder, is better explained as a neurotype comprised of a constellation of traits that diverge from what is currently considered typical. The defining traits are not disordered by nature but pose challenges when attempting to meet expectations of peers.

i love how versatile and diverse i can be, coz wdym my hobbies are cooking, crocheting, drawing, gym, journalling, reading, interest in learning philo, photography, guitar, ukelele, interest in tech stuff, and at the same time i help with a family business:3

A lot of 'neurodiversity-lite' initiatives speak about the strengths of ADHD and autism. They don't cover though how that is often a negative for the person when they demonstrate that ability within the company.
e.g. Pattern seeking often means seeing company values aren't honoured. 1/
