Going to be interesting to see how the administration responds

My guess would be this had something to do with the shutting down of external communication from agencies like the CDC. I’m guessing Trump knows something is brewing and wants to get ahead of it. Do I think he would conceal the start of another Pandemic? Yes…I do.

— Trump was *for* the TikTok ban
— which the GOP Congress passed
— and the GOP Supreme Court upheld
— and even though Biden said he wouldn't enforce the ban, TikTok shut down anyway
— so that Trump could "save" it
— and the media fell for it
we really do live in the dumbest fucking country

If you know someone who didn't vote for Kamala Harris because they were protesting Gaza, yeah...let them know the Mensa Society won't be calling; they already have all the "geniuses" they need.
Donald Trump tapped retired Lt. General Keith Kellogg to be an Assistant to the President and Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia.

Here Keith is saying that "it makes no sense to have a Palestinian state. It's not going to happen."

How are all you Jill Stein voters feeling now? Clowns.

Utterly terrifying....but we're "fine"....
Anyone, any entity, anywhere in the world can just pay him any amount (for anything he promises in return), and there's no disclosure of the payments, no oversight of any of it by anyone, and of course no potential bribery prosecution (of him) because... immune.

I’m starting to think that the longer we shield Trump voters from the worst economic outcomes, the worse things actually will get.

Sometimes people just have to find out the hard way, sad as that is. Yes, we will suffer. But at least they will learn that elections do have consequences.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum fires back at Trump on 25% tariff:

"Seventy percent of the illegal weapons seized from criminals in Mexico come from your country…Tragically, it is in our country that lives are lost to the violence resulting from meeting the drug demand in yours."
Trump posts that he will implement a 25% tariff on all products coming into the United States from Mexico and Canada his first day in office and will add an additional 10% tariff above current levels on products imported from China.

Buckle up for higher prices!
