Well my "recovery run" didn't go as anticipated. I got so caught up in how fast I was going and ended up hitting my PR in the 2 mile 🤦♀️😂 so much for resting

Normal people: I should stay inside today.
Runners: Yes there's a blizzard and everything is a wet, slushy, snowy mess, but it's not *that* cold and if I choose a route carefully I should be able to avoid the worst of the 60mph wind gusts. Besides, the #BM100 folks have it way worse... #running
