Drank for the first time in months and I'm actually finding myself surprised at how it feels.
It's not bad, but it's not good either. Lots of very real feelings. I guess it's grounding, but I remember now why I chose to stop for a few months.

In historical terms, this puts the Pam Bondi DOJ squarely in the Byzantine legal tradition—under which a jurisconsult would always pursue a literal reading of a legal text, ignoring the plain meaning or intention of the writer.

NYC definitely needs way more of these double-wide bike lanes.
Being able to calmly bike next to someone is the sort of low stress trip I think a lot of people are waiting for before trying to cycle around the city.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

Not sure what is more of a shock to me: The fact that I'm agnostic again, or that I ever was convinced of something else as an ADULT in the first place.
Man, some religions can really take hold if you're in a weak spot. For some, it heals wounds. For me it hurt them. Glad that's over, it was scary
