Nog meer lege woorden en beloften is wel het laatste waar Oekraïne behoefte aan heeft.
De grote leugen begon in 1994, toen zowel Rusland als de VS bescherming zouden bieden als ze de kernwapens af zouden staan.
Oekraïne is de enige die zich aan dat verdrag hield.
