We had our Christmas lunch today (a day late coz Xmas day is made for rest and recovering) , didn’t take a pic. Turkey crown with morel mushrooms and foie gras sauce, roasted baby potatoes, pan fried Brussels sprouts with hazelnuts , very good and very happy how it turned out 🥰😄🎄

People, there are individuals like me to whom ‘coriander’ especially fresh green tastes like soap, and no matter how little you say you’ve used in a dish served, it’ll still taste like soap to us and is inedible.don’t get all righteous and annoyed if we leave the food untouched. #speitgorm #ireland
