On a related note, I wonder if TriMet has considered closing the 'Mt Hood' stop on the red line next to the airport. It has to have less boardings than the ones downtown that were closed but maybe there's something I don't know

1 min speedup to PDX probably if they did

The single most important climate investments as it relates to transit are those that improve ridership. Everything else should wait. I'd rather see lower headways than a fleet transition to zero emissions tailpipes. Let's get our ridership back up before we make those investments.

Trimet is already a frequent grid across much of Portland, but this is now threatened by their stated need to make service cuts. Comment before Saturday. trimet.org/servicecuts/

Maybe this would be a good reason for the rendered spiral near the Broadway bridge for bikes connecting to the park blocks

It could be an access point to various levels of bike parking in addition to a through route

The area under the Broadway bridge ramps could store bikes for example

The illegal parking section only tells you to call a phone number now

I once sat on hold for 20+ minutes trying to reach a human before giving up trying to report issues

Imagine if I could just submit these photos online since I’m already here physically looking at the make/model/plates
