Sort of. The kind of AI they're pushing is generative, LLMs and diffusion models for images and video.
At its core it uses machine learning and neural networks, but then it requires a ton of training on a ton of stolen data.
Machine learning and neural networks have legitimate medical uses though.

To train a model from scratch you need millions of $ and tens of employees.
You also need terabytes of training data. No way to source that "ethically". You need stolen shit!
To train a a proper AI model at home on an RTX 5090 you need to run it 24/7 for 317 years. That uses 1.5GW of power.

When everywhere is actively hostile to sex workers they kinda have to go with what works in order to still make a living. Get em un-shadowbanned from everywhere else and I'll be more amenable to the argument that she's nearly as wrong as anyone else in the screenshots.
