Hab jetzt einfach mal meine Hanteln gewogen und die werden auch falsch gemessen. Anstatt 12 Kilo zeigt die Waage 10,2. Ich bilde mir das also doch nicht ein. 🤷♂️
Meine Waage scheint nicht mehr korrekt zu gehen. Mir wird seit einer Weile ein zu niedriges Ergebnis angezeigt. Eigentlich müsste ich ziemlich genau 82 Kilo wiegen, aber mir wird jetzt 75 angezeigt, was gar nicht sein kann, weil sich an meiner Ernährung und Bewegung nichts geändert hat.

Tatsächlich wurde mir vor Kurzem noch mein altes Gewicht wieder angezeigt und ich werde ja wohl kaum Schwankungen von 7 Kilo von einen Tag auf dem nächsten haben. Da kann doch was nicht stimmen! Außerdem wollte ich nächstes Jahr eh wieder ein bisschen mit dem Gewicht runter, da ich mit meiner Figur

Ich freue mich echt, dass dieses Routine endlich draußen ist. Davon hatte ich nämlich vor einigen Jahren mal einen Trailer gesehen und vergessen, wie das Spiel heißt und ich konnte das dann auch nicht mehr finden. Ich wusste nur noch, dass mich der Trailer sehr an Alien Isolation erinnert hat.
