Major evolution in the GZDoom community tonight - the regular contributors finally had enough of the project lead, who had been very hard to work with for a long time. He dug in and told them "If you don't like it, go and make your own fork."

In Donkey Kong Bananza, all of DK's Bananza ability sound effects harmonize with *all* background music. While only the dedicated Bananza songs normally play during this, turning off "Bananza Vocals" in the menu reveals that they harmonize with every piece of music in the game.

So true, Tim. Publishers/management don't give enough time and budget to optimization. How can a junior programmer with 6 months of UE5 experience be expected to right the ship after everyone else has been laid off.
