I was super active in the astrology community on the other app 2019-21. I think the main reason I was fine taking a break 2022-25 is I spent those years yapping about the planets as a teacher. I think I’m here so much now because I’m back to needing an outlet to yap about the planets

Astrofuture’s solar system mode is my favorite thing. It satisfies the “planet” part of wishing I had a planetarium in my pocket, and the feature where you can overlay the zodiac as zones on the solar system is SO good for demonstrating astrological planetary motion in a tangible way

My dishwasher got replaced this morning and my parents are supposed to get theirs replaced today too. Thinking of signifiers…

Both had motor issues, so I could see it being a mars thing… as mars approaches cazimi with the sun it gets replaced. Venus being there too could play a role, shiny and new.

1. #CDC posted new #flu data today. A 🧵
Another pediatric death was reported in the 2024-25 flu season, making it the deadliest flu season for kids since CDC started collecting this data point 20 years ago. 2024-25 has surpassed the 2009 H1N1 pandemic.
9 kids have died from flu so far this year.

Having a trip in 3 days to prep for, job and grad school apps to work on, and an appliance installation to prepare for with a void moon… yeah I spent half the day playing video games what do you want from me 😭 Put off the applications today, but packing and house chores are getting done.

Later this year, mercury rx in cancer starts the week my lease ends.

Mercury rules my 4H and I’ll be in a cancer profection year with a mercury-ruled SR chart.

I think I’ll actually move to a different apartment this year. That’s the plan now, but it also was last year and I ended up not moving.

My first trip abroad (and the year I got my first passport) was during a pisces protection year, with pisces as the 9H of my SR chart. Jupiter was domicile in the 9H for the SR.

Debating pushing my grad school application up a week to keep mars in capricorn, but maybe mars applying to a conjunction to my aquarius MC isn’t the worst, especially in a night chart?

Full moon at 13° Cancer, conjunct US natal Sun at 13° Cancer—Trump bombs and kidnaps the president of a foreign country without congressional approval.

US solar return 2026 already projected to be an intense situation, this feels like a foreshadowing event being at the degree of the solar return.

Two VOC moon wins:

- Convinced my sister to submit an application on the 2nd instead of the 31st
- Convinced my partner to go look at a car they want to buy on the 7th instead of the 6th

I want to look into the ~5 years in my teens when my progressed mercury was in a different sign before going retrograde.

Because of the rx, other than those 5 years my progressed mercury is in my natal sign until my second saturn return.

I love having jupiter in my protected sign every year, but it hasn’t been in good condition lately!

This last year it was in detriment and squared by venus, saturn and the moon

This next year jupiter is in cancer, but ruled by a detriment moon who’s next aspect is an opposition to it

One hour left of the first of four VOC moons this month. It’s been hard, especially at a time where it’s almost expected to set goals, initiate things, etc.

Two days was long enough but the next one is three, and we only have only two days off in between. Good luck everyone!

I need jupiter in my 2H to lock in because I made a grand total of $20 in december and that does not feel right during this transit

We end 2025 with a Hellenistic void moon, lasting from 1:57am EST on Dec 31 to 2:09am EST on Jan 2

Might be better to wait on new year's resolutions or grand gestures

Navigating Void Moons | Cobra + Crescent
The astrology of upcoming years in general and March 2025 (and January 2026) in particular calls for a greater-than-usual number of Hellenistic void of course moons, (usually) a relatively rare event....

Me and my 8H sun being perpetually tired 🤝
The 8th house is the idle place because you’re supposed to take a nap when the sun is there
December 20, 2025 at 9:49 PM
Me vs avoiding an 8H-heavy election for my grad school application for financial assistance reasons, only to have the heavy 8H stellium in my solar return chart making that impossible to avoid (unless I somehow get my application done before my birthday?)

It’s been long enough since I lived with her that it’s almost funny thinking about my leo IC vs my sister’s taurus IC and how that played into our “roles” at home as kids and all the conflict that resulted from it

Finally listened to this… it read me for filth. Honestly if someone is a skeptic of astrology and knows me well enough this might be able to convince them to not be skeptical. I might try with my roommate lol

Yeah the nodes definitely transited my 10H-4H axis this year that’s for sure
December 17, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Looking back at my 2024 solar return chart, I was *less than an hour* from the moon entering taurus, where it would’ve been exalted and copresent with jupiter. Instead I got 29° aries in a tight square to pluto 🫠 (no, it was not an easy year)
December 16, 2025 at 12:36 AM
Lots and lots of aspects to my sun in my upcoming solar return. Less than half degree orb for a sextile with saturn and trine with uranus. Mars and mercury both applying to a conjunction. Moon not quite in conjunction orb but nearly new
December 15, 2025 at 7:41 PM
Sooooo apparently my 2026 venus return goes exact in a 0.76° applying trine to its ruler, jupiter in cancer? Can you get any batter than that?
