The evidence is that DEI doesn’t improve company performance if it’s performed mindlessly.
Conversely, thoughtful DEI hiring practice benefits both the company and society. Companies that aren’t actively seeking broader viewpoints aren’t going to be competitive unless they can find other leverage…
