Emily Heller, an eyewitness, is speaking out to set the record straight. Officers were screaming at Renee Nicole Good, “Move, move, move.”

So she moved, and they shot her multiple times? Then Noem and Trump branded her a domestic terrorist. Does everyone see how absolutely insane that sounds?

@bsky.app I tried something today with my AuDHD kid that worked really well. He doesn’t like it when I verbally interrupt him when he is gaming. I did this instead and it worked like a charm!

You really have to be a special kind of evil to rip $1 BILLION from school mental health and anti-violence programs—because they dared to be inclusive. Trump isn’t saving kids—he’s sacrificing them to push his hateful agenda.

All. of. this. "Financial Literacy" is essentially victim blaming, especially for communities of color, low-income folks, and other marginalized communities. It's used by the financial industry as a fig leaf and plays into the stereotypes that these communities are just uneducated or lazy

A non-exhaustive list of things to try if we actually want to support families:

-universal basic income
-free or low-cost childcare
-universal healthcare
-federally-mandated paid parental leave
-eliminate the motherhood penalty
-eliminate the manosphere

But they want to try “menstrual classes”
The Trump administration is assessing ways to persuade women in the U.S. to have more children, as a movement grows on the right to reverse declining birthrates and push conservative family values. Some pitched ideas include cash baby bonuses and menstrual cycle classes. nyti.ms/4jh3UAR

Republicans just passed a budget that guts Medicaid, SNAP, veterans’ benefits, and free school lunches.

They swore they'd fix the economy—but this sure as hell ain’t it.

The Trump Admin just fired the ENTIRE staff of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

This is the program that helps millions of low-income households afford home heating and cooling—including 51,000 in Maine.

How will LIHEAP distribute these funds without staff? Make it make sense!

This is how it's done.

A strong and principled response by WilmerHale to the illegal Executive Order attack - a form of attempted government intimidation declared unconstitutional by a federal judge.

This is how to guard the rule of law.

Nazis were treated better than Venezuelans deported by Trump, judge says at hearing
U.S. Circuit Judge Patricia Millett questioned government lawyer Drew Ensign on whether Venezuelans targeted for removal under a little-used 18th-century law had time to contest the Trump administration's assertion that they were members of the Tren de Aragua gang before they were put on planes and deported to El Salvador.

Every single Democratic lawmaker should be calling for Hegseth's immediate resignation right now. Not just some. Not just a few dozen. Every single one, starting at the top with Mr. Schumer and Mr. Jeffries. And the fact that it hasn't happened yet is nearly as shocking as Hegseth's conduct.
